Aarjay has an application engineering group. Each engineer is made to specialise in a specific category of microwave components (like oscillators, filters, sensors etc). These application engineers interact with design engineers at various customers and try to make them use our components. This requires a good technical understanding of the component, its parameters and how it is used. |

The person should sell the products (Components or TMI) in the specified territories. forecasting, demonstration, installation, meeting aggressive targets. Must be go getter and having initiative to achieve business targets. The engineer gets trained on the job initially and later gets trained by the principals. They get opportunities to go overseas for training too (after spending some time in our company and being stable). Well versed with commercial terms and procedures.
Extensive travel is pre requisite.
